V-neck dress with criss-crossing of fabric at V down to waist. Elastic at waist, missing belt but any could be added. All sheer stretch polyester blend, so wear a slip underneath. No size, tag only reads "Mr. Duval Dallas". Wonderful vintage condition. Washed and ready to wear.
