Lovely sky blue tweed hat, ladies bowler style with turned up brim. Lots of texture with the pattern in a striped fashion. Perhaps the tweed is wool? Unsure. Features a wide grosgrain navy blue and light blue ribbon around the hat, and on the left the ribbon is tied in a decorative fashion.
