These butter soft leather loafers also have a leather sole. The lovely gold or brass "buckle" has intricate detail. The brand is almost worn away, but it appears to read "McClurkans". Handwritten in pen on the inside is: "62a / 48642 / 21-65Y". The previous owner of these shoes is in her 80's, so I can only speculate at the age of the shoes at being 1960's. Not sure...
